    Kaitlin Boone, AMFT

At its foundation, I believe therapy is the exploration of relationships. Whether the focus is the relationship to yourself or your relationship with others — my approach involves fostering a safe space where clients can explore, grow, and heal. I practice therapy that is relationship-focused, client-centered, and trauma-informed. My passion and experience lies in working with challenges such as: trauma, depression, anxiety, self-criticism, life transitions, identity issues, and relationship issues. As a fellow member of the LGBTQ+ community, I have extensive personal and professional experience working with LGBTQ+ people, whether that is your focus of therapy or not. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience and Psychology, as well as my Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis LGBTQ+ Counseling, from Santa Clara University. I am currently an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist. My partner and I are movie buffs, and I also enjoy painting and exploring new boba tea shops in the area!
